Original Work Required

Must be entirely original and properly cited.

Not Under Review

Cannot be submitted elsewhere concurrently.

Ethical Standards

Must comply with global publishing ethics.

Compliance Required

Non-compliant papers will be returned.

Manuscript Preparation

General Format

  • Word format (.doc/.docx) only. PDFs are not accepted for review.
  • A4 size with 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides.
  • Times New Roman 12pt font.
  • 1.5 line spacing for main body text.
  • Continuous page numbering starting from the title page.

Title Page

  • Manuscript title must be clear, concise, and informative.
  • Full author names and institutional affiliations.
  • Corresponding author must be clearly marked with email address.

Abstract & Keywords

  • 150–250 word structured abstract required.
  • Must cover background, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  • 5–7 relevant keywords separated by commas.

Peer Review Process

ScriptHive utilizes a strict Double-Blind Peer Review system. Both the reviewers' and authors' identities are concealed from each other to ensure unbiased and objective evaluation.

Editorial Screening

The manuscript is evaluated for scope, originality, and basic formatting compliance.

Reviewer Assignment

At least two independent subject matter experts are invited to evaluate the manuscript.

Reviewer Evaluation

Reviewers assess methodology, novelty, clarity, and relevance, submitting detailed feedback.

Editorial Decision

The Editor-in-Chief decides: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Revision & Resubmission

Authors revise based on feedback and resubmit with a point-by-point response letter.

Formatting Rules

Headings

  • Level 1: Bold, 14pt, numbered (1. Intro)
  • Level 2: Bold, 12pt (1.1 Background)
  • Level 3: Italic, 12pt

Tables & Figures

  • Consecutive numbering required.
  • High resolution (300+ DPI).
  • Table captions above, Figure captions below.

Equations

  • Use Equation Editor / MathType.
  • Number equations in parentheses on the right margin.

Citation Style

Authors may use either APA or Vancouver citation styles depending on their discipline. Consistency throughout the manuscript is mandatory. Include DOIs/URLs where available.

Author Responsibilities

Originality

Work must be entirely original and unpublished.

Authorship

All listed authors must have contributed significantly.

Data Integrity

Reported data must be accurate. Fabrication is strictly prohibited.

Conflict of Interest

Must disclose any financial or personal conflicts.

Ethical Approval

Required for research involving human/animal subjects.

Corrections

Authors must promptly report errors to editors.

Similarity Index Must Not Exceed 15%. Strict zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism.
